Fabulous Cooking ~ Flavoursome Wines ~ Effortlessly Delivered

The Cellar

Carefully sourced characterful wines from small producers who work sustainably, all wines hand chosen (and tasted!) by me. Wines can be matched to your menus for events or purchased separately. If you are tired of drinking the same wines all the time and are looking to try something new, then contact me to restock and refresh your wine racks. Or how about learning a little more about the wines? Book a place at one of my wine tasting events to do so.

Cooking for the Occasion

Lunches, dinners, drinks parties, christenings, birthday parties, sporting occasions; let me take the stress away and do the cooking so you can enjoy the event and time with your friends and family. No event too small. I can either serve it for you or prepare it for you to serve yourself (you can even take the credit!). With five years experience of dealing with the demands and time restraints of cooking for an important day I will help ensure it all goes smoothly.

Here is one I made earlier

For times when you are too busy to cook! I can provide a range of flavoursome and nutritious soups, main courses, side dishes and puddings for you to freeze and produce as a “here is one I made earlier”, just when it is required. Whether that is for a large family and friends house party or a simple supper for one after a taxing day at work. Please contact me to discuss your requirements or request a sample menu.

Pop-up Pantry

Come to a pop-up restaurant night and indulge in food packed with flavour and wines you’ll remember in a unique location. I host cookery demonstrations to share favourite recipes and encourage others to have the confidence to produce easy, tasty, nutritious dishes. The Pop up Pantry can be found out and about selling delicious “here is one I made earlier” dishes. See the diary for forthcoming dates or contact me if you know somewhere for Cellar & Pantry to Pop-Up at.

A bit about Cellar & Pantry

Growing up in the South Wiltshire countryside has instilled a love of wholesome home farm cooking.

Cellar & Pantry was born out of three passions in my life; sourcing the finest produce, cooking it and of course eating it with a carefully chosen glass of wine.

Living a largely outdoor life, I understand the requirements of busy, active people and nothing is more important to me than being a part of a great day out that is made even more memorable by sharing the combined enjoyment of flavoursome food and fabulous wines with friends and family.

My cooking can only be as good as the produce I use, which is why I always endeavour to source it directly. Lamb, when in season, is from my own flock, game birds and venison come from the family farm I live on, pork is from my Mother’s ‘Knighton Orchard’ and she also supplies all the delicious free-range eggs I use. Other meat (all pasture-fed) I buy is direct from farmers or select local butchers who can always tell me where the animal has come from and what breed it is.

I have been encouraged by my friends to share my cooking further afield which is why I launched Cellar & Pantry in Spring 2017, growing out of the informal cooking and private wine sales I have so enjoyed doing since finishing working full-time in the wine trade.
